1. Weaving equipment
We have the following advanced looms:
A :1 20 sets of water-jet looms (72 sets with double nozzles and plain tappet, 48 sets with dobby made by Japan NISSAN CORP.)
B: 96 sets of rapier looms (4-color, dobby, 24 sets of 2200 width, made by Italy SMIT CORP.;24 sets of 2400 width, made by Switzeland SULZER CORP.; 48 sets of 3200 width, made by Italy SOMET CORP.)
C: 72 sets of air-jet looms (4-color, dobby, 2100 width, made by Italy SOMET CORP.)
2. Printing and dyeing equipment
We have 16 sets of high temperature-pressure overflow dyeing machines, 2 sets of setting machines, 2 sets of alkali peeling machines, 2 sets of mercerizing machines, 2 sets of singeing frames, 2 sets of flat screen printing machines, and 4 sets of emerying machines.
3. Other equipment
We imported from Japan 3 production lines for filament fiber fabrics production (which are made up by the warping machine, the sizing machine, the rebeaming machine, and the leasing machine), 110 sets of two-for-one twisting machines (28160 spindles), 9 sets of sectional warping machines, 8 sets of covering machines, etc.. |
